L'Aquila is a fabulous property located right at the foot of the ski slopes at the Rond Point area. It is a stone's throw away from the Solaise and Bellevarde cable cars, and a short walk to the town centre, shops and restaurants.

L’Aquila is the new name for the old Maeva building at Rond Point. Purchased by a developer the building has undergone a total restoration under the expert eye of Alain Perrier, a local prestigious architect with an impressive portfolio of high end properties designed and built by his company.

They have several apartments on this floor. All generously proportioned, a rare luxury in alpine properties. The façade is a combination of wood and stone, in perfect keeping with the traditional architecture of Val d'Isère, and the balconies offer breathtaking views of the surrounding slopes and peaks. Stylish interior designs, top-quality fixtures and fittings and a specific furniture range have been chosen especially for l'Aquila.

No 102 is on one floor offering an open plan sitting room with a double sofa bed and two comfortable armchairs one side and the dining area the other. The table seats six people comfortably. The kitchen is open to this main room and includes a four ring hob, normal size oven, microwave, kettle, toaster & dishwasher.

A balcony is accessed from the sitting room and master bedroom looking towards the Bellevarde or Solaise mountain sectors.

This is a prestigious residence offering comfort, space and a ski in/out location – everything you need for a perfect ski holiday.

Sleeping

The apartment sleeps up to six guests in tow bedrooms. The master bedroom is en-suite with a bath, shower attachment, sink and WC. The second bedroom is a twin with bunk beds (no window), storage and an en-suite shower room. The living room has a double sofa bed.

Dining

The base price for this property is for self catering, however it is possible to rent this property with the following catering options for an additional charge.

'Scatered' (pronounced 'skay tered') - A cross between fully catered and self catered and includes the following:

  • Breakfast on 6 mornings, afternoon tea consisting of home baked cake, bread and jams
  • 3 evening meals with starter, main, dessert, coffee, chocolates and wine
  • Daily clean of the property (6 mornings, chalet host day off Wednesday), maxi towels and bath robes, mid week towel and bath mat change
  • Complimentary Clarins toiletries; 30g boxed soap, 60 ml bottles of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided once during your stay

'Bed & Breakfast'
