This apartment is a fabulous ski-in ski-out property located right at the foot of the ski slopes at the Rond Point area.

It is a stone's throw away from the Solaise and Bellevarde cable cars, and a short walk to the town centre, shops and restaurants. The property is located very close to the starting point of the bus routes to all Val d'Isere ski areas.

Aquila is the new name for the Maeva building at Rond Point. Purchased by a developer the building has undergone a total restoration under the expert eye of Alain Perrier, a local prestigious architect with an impressive portfolio of high-end properties designed and built by his company.

The façade is a combination of wood and stone, in perfect keeping with the traditional architecture of Val d'Isère, and the balconies offer breathtaking views of the surrounding slopes and peaks. Stylish interior designs, top-quality fixtures and fittings and a specific furniture range have been chosen especially for Aquila.

The entrance to the apartment is on the second floor into an entrance area leading to an open plan sitting room with seating for six people one side and the dining area the other. The table seats eight people comfortably. The modern kitchen includes a four ring hob, normal size oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishwasher.

A balcony is accessed from the sitting room looking towards the “Face Olympique” run and the Bellevarde mountain sector. A further balcony looking in the same direction is found on the upper floor.

This is a prestigious apartment offering comfort, space and a ski-in ski-out location – everything you need for a perfect ski holiday.

Sleeping

The apartment can accommodate six guests. A spacious master suite upstairs with an en-suite bathroom with full-size bath with a shower attachment, double sinks and a separate (but en-suite) WC. A twin bedroom (which can be converted into a double) is also on this floor with a shower room including WC, that is also used for the twin bedroom located downstairs. All three bedrooms have access to a balcony. A separate third WC is also included downstairs off the entrance area.

Dining

The base price for this property is for self catering, however it is possible to rent this property with the following catering options for an additional charge.

'Scatered' (pronounced 'skay tered') - A cross between fully catered and self catered and includes the following:

  • Breakfast on 6 mornings, afternoon tea consisting of home baked cake, bread and jams
  • 3 evening meals with starter, main, dessert, coffee, chocolates and wine
  • Daily clean of the property (6 mornings, chalet host day off Wednesday), maxi towels and bath robes, mid week towel and bath mat change
  • Complimentary Clarins toiletries; 30g boxed soap, 60 ml bottles of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided once during your stay
  • tissues and toilet rolls

'Bed & Breakfast'

  • Breakfast served at an agreed time (but no later than 9.30am) on 6 mornings of the week starting Sunday morning with: freshly baked French bread, a selection of freshly baked croissants & pain au chocolates, butter & jams, french bacon & egg, breakfast cereal, selection of yoghurts, fresh fruit platter, breakfast orange juice, tea, coffee,
