This chalet style penthouse is situated with in a luxury residence just 250 metres from the slopes in the centre of Val d'isere with easy access to all local amenities.

Sliding glass doors open from the high street onto a smart shared lounge area with open fire, giant cinema screen for kids' evenings and big SKY sporting events, Nintendo Wii, pool table, complimentary internet screens, draft beer and coffee bar.

The company also have a reception desk at the front of the building for advice, information and concierge service and lift access to the private accommodation suites above. 

The penthouse itself has been completed to a very high standard and has been decorated in a contemporary alpine style. 

The living space is open plan with plenty of comfortable sofas where you can stretch out and unwind at the end of the day. The room also feature an open log fire for cosy winter evenings in. From the living area there is access onto a balcony with breath-taking views out over resort. This is the perfect spot to enjoy your delicious afternoon tea with a cup of hot chocolate.

For entertainment this chalet apartment includes flat-screen TV, DVD player, music system and free WiFi access.

This penthouse chalet sleeps up to 10 in five bedrooms across two floors. The rooms are configured as follows:

  • Bedroom 1: Twin room with en suite Jacuzzi bath
  • Bedroom 2: Twin with en suite shower

Dining

The chalet is let on a catered basis. Your dedicated chalet host will provide a continental breakfast with a cooked option (cooked option 6 days), afternoon tea and a three course evening meal (6 days) with cheese and coffee to follow. Red & White wine is served throughout dinner. Children's High Tea is served at 18:00 and they provide a menu of healthy, nutritious food for children. 

If you have any specific requirements you can discuss them with your host. On the chalet host day off, the chalet company's concierge service or your chalet host can recommend places to eat and assist in making bookings.

Families & Kids

Children can be looked after by the chalet company's private nannies, who work 8 hours a day for 5 1/2 days of the week. Their nannies will organise plenty of fun activities and games to keep your kids happy while you enjoy the slopes.

Flights

The chalet company includes return flights from Gatwick/Manchester to Geneva/Grenoble in your holiday package (subject to availability).

Transfers

Things to Do Nearby

In the winter the centre of Val d'Isere is a buzzing and vibrant place to be. Boutique, designer and sports shops line the high street, restaurants and bars welcome guests from the cold outside and intricate ice sculptures can often be seen dotted around the pavements. With the regular bus services to and from the Rond Point giving access to both the Solaise and Bellevarde ski area, to La Daille and to Le Fornet you can hop on the bus and be at a ski area within minutes. 

The summer welcomes beautiful sunshine, green trees and plenty to do. Mountain biking is a popular acitivity in the summer time with lift access from Val d'Isere to Tignes you can explore the various trails and routes the mountain has to offer. There are also several walking and hiking routes that you can do giving you the freedom to explore the mountains and their breathtaking secenery. Plenty of summer activities can be enjoyed that are perfect for families and groups; you can even jump in the car and in just a short drive over to Tignes indulge in a spot of summer skiing on the Glacier. The centre of Val d'Isere is much quieter in the summer but it still has a lot to offer. The sports centre is open all year round so there is access to the swimming pool and gym, as well as some of the sports shops and restaurants on the high street opening their doors.

The centre of Val d'Isere has easy access to the Solaise and Olympique lifts which take you respectively towards the Pissaillas glacier or towards the linked ski area of Tignes - forming the huge Espace Killy ski area.
