The chalet is let on a catered basis. Breakfast is served between 08:00 - 09:00 six days a week with once cooked option and a choice of cereals, porridge, boiled eggs, bread, pastries, yoghurt and fresh fruit, accompanied by tea or coffee and fruit juices.
Afternoon tea is between 16:30 - 17:30 and includes tea, coffee and a selection of homemade cakes and biscuits.
Dinner is served at 19:30 six days a week. It will be a three-course evening meal accompanied by complimentary red or white wine. Simpler children's meals can be provided at 18:00 for those under 14.
In addition, on your first night, you will be made to feel welcome with an introduction to their staff over a glass of bubbly and canapes.

Families & Kids
You’ll need to book your own childcare, when staying here. There is a great choice of childcare options in Val d'Isere from full-time nanny services to the odd night of babysitting. In addition, during the winter season, many of the ski-schools operate creche services. Booking in advance is always recommended and strongly advised for the school holiday periods.

They offer a transfer service from Geneva airport and the chalets, which takes approximately three hours. A luxury coach collects guests on changeover days (Sundays) up to 13:30 and returns guests the following week for flights leaving after 11:00 (arrival at the airport is around 09:15). The cost of this transfer service is only 90€ return, or 55€ single, per guest, with parties of 6 or more qualifying for a group discount on their travel costs.

Lifts & Passes
You’ll need to buy your own lift pass, when staying here. Lift passes can be booked online or bought in resort on arrival. There are many types of pass available, suited to different levels, length of stay and budget. It’s worth reading up on the options to get the most from your lift pass in summer & winter.
Instructors & Lessons
When staying here, you’ll need to book your own ski or snowboard lessons. Tuition is strongly recommended for complete beginners and is always a good idea whatever your level to perfect your technique. Group lessons are a great way for children to learn with their peers whilst giving you some free time on the slopes. Groups are also a generally cheaper option for adults, however, with a private instructor you’ll have undivided attention and be able to progress at your own pace.

Guides & Tours
When staying here, you’ll need to book your own Guides & Tours, which are a great way to discover Val d'Isere whilst doing a number of fun activities. During the winter, if you are keen to go off-piste, booking a High Mountain Guide is strongly recommended. Not only do they know the best local spots, these highly trained and experienced individuals are very familiar with the surroundings and can provide loads of insights you won’t get by yourself, as well as helping to ensure your safety.
