Visitor comments

  • "Wow, what an experience thanks to my sister! First skiing trip with our children, such care and attention from the VIP team ensured we had an amazing week in Val d'isere. George was a most welcoming host, serving up delicious and varied meals at times to suit our mixed family group. She was flexible, charming and helped make our daughter's 10th birthday extra special. Towards the end of the week she was joined by Athene, also a great asset to the team. Being slightly out of town was great especially as there were always drivers available to take us where we wanted to go( thanks to Harry, Dave and Michael) Oxygene ski school provided excellent tuition for our children. Kelly was amazing and helped sort out any issues with her calm and reassuring manner." - Customer Feedback
  • "George put us in holiday mode from the start. Organised, helpful but not invasive, cheerful but discrete and a fabulous cook, we ended the week admiring her cooking but needing to go on a diet. The chalet was nice, but noisy downstairs and bathrooms small. Would have loved larger terraces but probably should have chosen Davos for those. Hot tub a huge hit with us all. Nice area to be in and the driver service worked well. Concierge service varied but Kelly was a star." - Customer Feedback
  • "From the very moment we encountered the Team at VIP, we found them always to be friendly, professional and efficient. Chalet Klosters is in a great location in Val and the facilities are modern, clean and very well maintained. In short - we would have no hesitation in recommending the team who looked after us in Val d'Isere. Special warm thanks to Rufus and George!" - Customer Feedback
  • "This is our third year in Val d'Isere with VIP and our best holiday yet: we were blessed with excellent snow, sublime weather and the most amazing chalet staff! George and Rufus were fantastic in every way - friendly, helpful, unobtrusive and always fun - we will all miss them! We had stayed in Davos (the adjacent chalet) last year and whilst Klosters is of a very high quality it is not quite as spacious or well equipped as Davos. Most irksomely for two families with four children between them access to a washing machine requires the consent and cooperation of the Davos chalet staff which was not always forthcoming! So we do find it odd that the two chalets are charged at the same rate! We would also like to praise the VIP concierge service who were faultless and the VIP drivers who were courteous, efficient and always timely. Last but not least we would like to pay special thanks to our VIP nanny Robyn. This is the third year we have been blessed with her looking after our four children and as always she makes their holiday. When they weren't skiing she would often take them out to do a range of activities and always kept them occupied. The children are always sad to say goodbye. We have already booked for next year." - Customer Feedback
