A comfortable hotel with a good restaurant right in the centre of Val d'Isere, just within 50 meters from the heart of the resort and 150 meters from the “Espace Killy” ski area.

The hotel is located in the very heart of the ski resort, next to all the shops and amenities, the picturesque old village and is 150m from the Bellevarde and Olympique ski-lifts.

The 28 rooms are comfortable and spacious and most have a balcony with a view over the village or the mountain. They have been recently renovated.

The Bar

The bar downstairs is small and cosy and is definitely the place to relax after a hard day! To help you do so you will be greeted there with complimentary "apres ski tea" comprising fresh, homebaked cakes or biscuits and a cup of tea or coffee. The bar is also open to the public but there is a separate entrance for non-residents.

The Restaurant

On the ground (street) level residents and passers-by can enjoy a hearty meal in the restaurant, a half-board option is available with the rooms. The Auberge may just look like a hotel restaurant on passing by but isn't. The food is French traditional with quality regional Savoy specialities, with a good level of service. The restaurant is often busy with families and groups, to which it is well-suited.

Visitor comments

  • "Upon entering the hotel I could not have had a warmer welcome. The staff was fantastic and had great recommendations of rental gear, restaurants, bars etc. The room was as described and very clean. Close distance to the gondola making the purpose of my stay perfect. Fantastic price compared to other hotels in the area, highly, highly recommended!" - Trip Advisor
  • "Stayed Jan 30th 2016 as a group of 7 friends. Given the location I would say it's excellent value for money. Staff were friendly and helpful and the food was great. Arguably a bit 'cheese heavy' but there again it's France so can't really complain. Would definitely return and we've stayed in all sorts of places at differing levels of cost. Yes you can get more upmarket but a decent atmosphere will always win for us." - Trip Advisor
  • "Room was perfect lovely bath/shower bed was comfy room was snug but big enough. Breakfast was usual French breakfast good choice of some hot or cold food with tea coffee or juices. Restaurant at dinner was perfect the food was amazing didn't have one bad meal. Food was all from Savoie region which can't be matched. Bar was warm and welcoming with good music and HD TV if needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful, family run and a very nice family at that!" - Trip Advisor
