  • "The hotel was amazing. All the food was absolutely incredible - especially the afternoon tea and dinner! Great views from where we ate dinner. All the staff are really friendly and very helpful. Very comfortable hotel and a great location."
  • "We have been skiing for 20 years and this is the best ski facility that we have stayed in. The hotel is conveniently located in the centre and only a short walk from the lifts and for those not wanting even a short walk there is a bus stop right outside. The rooms were very spacious and nicely decorated with excellent bathrooms. The rooms at the front are a little noisy at 4am, however this can be significantly reduced by closing the window shutters. More important to us though is the food & service and this was faultless. The management and staff, without exception were friendly, helpful & courteous. The choice and quality of food & wine was excellent and it was particularly nice that the chef visited every table after dinner to ask if everything had been ok. Hardly want to recommend this hotel as we may not be able to get in next time!!" - Trip Advisor
  • "We have stayed in the Alps many times... This was our favourite, the Platinum chalet-hotel concept is fab! Food was great, location great, service great, spa also great! The staff were very helpful and attentive. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone!" - Trip Advisor
