This is a light, bright, recently renovated apartment finished to an exceptionally high standard. Albaron is a residence on the Route de Balme, which is very close to the new cable car taking you up to the Bellevarde sector. It takes a few minutes to walk there and the town centre is about 5 mins max. The location is great. The apartment is on the first floor, with a lift available off the entry hall.
The pictures should hopefully speak for themselves as this apartment has been lovingly renovated in a modern style and high spec and the result is a comfortable one bedroom apartment suitable for a couple or up to four people.
As you enter the property you are in the main room that offers open plan living. The kitchen is fully equipped with the latest appliances, including two Miele ovens, a four ring electric hob, dishwasher, washing machine with built in dryer, large fridge with separate freezer, kettle, toaster and all the pots and pans you need in a self-catered property. Dining is at the breakfast bar, including four stools. There is no additional dining table.
The living room has two large sofas, one at the end of the property facing the French TV with DVD player and stereo system and the other off the kitchen area (as shown in the picture).
The bathroom is modern with a Philippe Stark deep bath and separate shower cubicle, sink, heated towel rail and WC. The water is supplied by the building, so no hot water tanks to worry about!
There is a small balcony off the end of the main room facing south-east.
Sleeping
The apartment can accommodate up to four people in one double bedroom, and has two double sofa beds in the living area. Although there is space for six people to sleep, the facilities of the apartment only cater for four.
Dining
The base price for this property is for self catering, however it is possible to rent this property with the following catering options for an additional charge.
'Scatered' (pronounced 'skay tered') - A cross between fully catered and self catered and includes the following:
- Breakfast on 6 mornings, afternoon tea consisting of home baked cake, bread and jams
- 3 evening meals with starter, main, dessert, coffee, chocolates and wine
- Daily clean of the property (6 mornings, chalet host day off Wednesday), maxi towels and bath robes, mid week towel and bath mat change
- Complimentary Clarins toiletries; 30g boxed soap, 60 ml bottles of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided once during your stay
- tissues and toilet rolls
OR
'Bed & Breakfast'
- Breakfast served at an agreed time (but no later than 9.30am) on 6 mornings of the week starting Sunday morning with: freshly baked French bread, a selection of freshly baked croissants & pain au chocolates, butter & jams, french bacon & egg, breakfast cereal, selection of yoghurts, fresh fruit platter, breakfast orange juice, tea, coffee,

- Toilet rolls, so one less thing to purchase on arrival,
