Situated close to the pistes, within a hotel in the heart of Val d'Isere this contemporary restaurant is specialised in pierrade.
Fully refurbished, this restaurant offers a very novel concept: every table has a Pierrade machine where you can cook your own food. Their menu has something for everyone, from meat lovers with selections of beef, veal, duck and chicken, seafood lovers with combinations of fish, scallops and prawns, and vegetarians.
The pierrades are served a selection of sauces: Tartar, Pepper, Bearnaise, Shallot and Butter, as well as sides including green salad, crozets with cheese, potatoes or chips.
Open from November to May, every day from 19:00 to 22:00.
